Looking back at the ”No Limit” Street Art Festival, one can say that a small miracle took place in Sweden, this September. All the paint that was used those 4 days is now dried deep into the walls of the buildings in Boras. A city, otherwise unfamous but surely with plenty of reasons for its people to feel that something has changed.
From the 3rd up the 6th of September some great names from the street art world showed up in Boras and it was before anyone realised that works started poping up here and there. A transformation was about to be witnessed. Artists such as DALeast (seen below), Tristan Eaton, Logan Hicks, Pichi&Avo, Joe Iurato, Dulk, INTI, Laurence Vallières, Curiot, Robert Proch and David Zinn were invited this year to be part of this transformation.
No Limit 2015, offered everything from large scale murals, small wooden figurines and stencil art to chalk paint. The festival truly got a lot of media coverage in international online and printed media.
No Limit Street Art Borås is now also part of Google Cultural Institute.
Watch the video: Relive the moments, see the artworks emerge.
With fabulous artists bringing a wide spread of different styles of street art together with truly epic walls and spots, it could have been nothing but a great success! We look forward to the next Boras street art event!
