CLEPS is a French artist from Avignon. He is a photographer as well as a street artist making paste ups of the pictures he takes. Part of the Lighterz collective together with 2 more graph and street artists he is dedicated to combining the arts. His paste us are black and white large prints depicting portraits of people with an ethnic background, or age group, passing on to by passers a message of optimism and peace among people!
