“Genius Loci’ is the title of UNO‘s recent intervention for Muri a perdere curated by Arte Pubblica, an art project born in Ascoli Piceno intended for the areas affected by the earthquake in the Italian region of Marche.
“When I was told the story of this wall It seemed as if a ghost was working to keep safe this part of the construction that survived the earthquake. I imagined that the structure was held up by the hands of an invisible and positive force that was preserving and taking care of it, as of a very precious thing.”
