“Deflated” is a Mural painting realized in Varanasi (India) for “Varanasi Art Project” curated by Mojarto and supported by Pro Helvetia New Delhi.
About the work:
This project starts from the Gange river, from its importance, its life and its waters, that since years are suffering human habits.
According to NEVERCREW : ”We chose a human “gesture”, something innocent and at the same time as polluting as useless, to recall waste and exploitation, to recall human responsibilities and the detached perception of the situation. A game, a decoration, with all its superficial effect, that’s been used and abandoned. An environment that’s transforming due to exploitation and abuse. A claustrophobic drift in a balance that’s currently stationary between its oblivion and new breath to inflate it.”

You may consider a modest donation — however much you can afford, when it comes from the heart, it’s the kind of gesture that makes us warm with appreciation.
