This is the latest mural by Thiago Mazza. It was conceived from a new series of compositions of real images with plants found in urban centers. Thiago started a search around the painting site making a collection of plants that fit the color palette and tropical aesthetics that would be part of a hotel’s original garden, which commissioned this work.
From this collection, he then started the construction of an urban garden that dialogued with the hotel’s color palette and with the daily lives of the people who live in the surroundings. To suit the hotel’s color palette, replace green with more bluish tones.
About the work:
The mural is approximately 250m2 in Belo Horizonte, Brasil.
Commissioned by Ibis Hotel.
