Carla 00: 00,02 is the name of DOURONE’s mural, a record of two seconds of her life fragmented on the facade of a building in Helsingborg, Sweden. This mural has the particularity of being composed of 44 panels entirely created and painted in our studio and then sent to Sweden for their installation.

Carla is 10 years old and she is a 4th primary student in Brussels. She has been playing the piano every day since the age of 4. Her dream is to become a singer and finds herself very comfortable in public.

Carla 00: 00,02 completes the register started by Dourone in 2018, FRAGMENTED RECORD. A project which expresses the adaptation of the human species on a constantly changing planet, by studying the decomposition of movement / time and emotion / feeling.

“I think the world could be a wonder but there is so much garbage and pollution that you cannot see its beauty. I feel happy and good because I have a big family, a big house and it is very lucky that I have a lot of friends who are there for me and console me when I am sad. ” (Carla, April 2020)
