PORCO BENVENUTO, 158 TONI / Artist: ALBERONERO. In Dante Square (Materdomini district, Catanzaro) for the past 40 years the inscription “Porco Benvenuto” overlooked the scene.
Its history passed down change every time is told and talks about men that make a human ladder to write as higher as they can. Today, Alberonero work, is a praise to this little challenge, a joy of 158 different colours that orderly move on one cold and hot sloping level. This colours strengthen the relationship between architecture and landscape and man and history of the place in which he lives.
