Ivan Tresoldi is a poet and artist. He was born in 1981 in the arms of the Barona district, on the southern outskirts of Milan. Student of the Faculty of Sociology, attentive to art and society, founded in 2002, a student workshop aimed at an experimental educational research, promotes a network of collective university, works, among many uses, as an editor for the online newspaper.
He traveled bringing with him his Poetry of Europe-wide road, passing through Haiti, Chiapas, Cuba, Mali, South Africa, Santo Domingo, Lebanon, Palestine and New York. Among the many events and group exhibitions in which he participated (147 between 2003 and 2010), in recent years he has been invited to exhibit at the Mart in Rovereto, the Pavilion of Contemporary Art in Milan, in Rome’s Auditorium Parco della Musica, Tina.B to Prague Festival, the Fame Gallery in Verona, Palazzo Sassi in Sondrio, at the Fabbrica Borroni in Milan, Cité du Soleil in Port au Prince Haiti, Faqra in Lebanon, in Bologna for Testoni Gallery, Fabriano for Poiesis Festival in Florence for the 2009 edition of the Festival of Creativity. Between 2010 and 2011 he was invited to open the days of the International Poetry Festival of Genoa, in expounding and assaults on the streets of Florence, Ferrara, Verona, Naples, Paris, Berlin, Bucharest, Brussels, Pristina, Angers.
