Pantonio is a portuguese artist, from the islands of Azores (Portugal). Known by his huge dimension murals, depicting flows of animals in a characteristic style.
Pantonio paints for the first time on the street when he arrived in Lisbon in the 90s and now, he is one of the most prolific and influential artists of the street art scene in this city. His limited chromatic palette is inspired of his native island, he deliberately uses a blue as the Atlantic, black as the seabed and volcanic rocks and white as foam.
