ArtWalk3 mega wall by Felix Rodewaldt

The 3 rd International Art Festival of Patras | ArtWalk 3 is coming to an end and is implementing one of the biggest events of this year’s event. A historic water tower of Piraiki Patraiki is decorated by German artist Felix Rodewaldt.

Felix Rodewaldt was born in 1988 in Munich where he lives. He is a graduate of the School of Fine Arts in Munich and is considered to be a representative of tape art with great influence on the public. He began to work with stencils and found his own way to integrate the films into his works. The work with the films has to make clear with the perception of space for Rodewaldt. His work seems to be done with the precision that a ruler can give, yet he moves completely freely.

Since the beginning of his career he has created abstract works on canvases and amorphous objects. Felix Rodewaldt has painted the 2nd floor corridor at HAUS – Berlin Art Bang, abandoned buildings, clubs and private spaces. He also has many awards in group exhibitions in Germany.

You may consider a modest donation — however much you can afford, when it comes from the heart, it’s the kind of gesture that makes us warm with appreciation.
