Fabio Cuffari mural in Northern Italy 2024-06-26

Fabio Cuffari mural in Northern Italy

Italian painter Fabio Cuffari Dialley recently created a distinguished mural in Charvensod – Valle D’Aosta (Northern Italy). The 16×3 m mural is entirely painted by brush with acrylic colours.

The mural is the transposition on the wall of a painting of mine entitled ‘Buio’ (Darkness).

Created during the Covid pandemic, the painting depicts a wayfarer on his journey through an intricate forest at night, holding a torch, whose flame intensely illuminates the darkness. The work is a metaphor for the dark, difficult moments we all face during our lives, just as was the case during the pandemic. The wayfarer is symbolically a bearer of light and hope, thanks to which we can face and overcome the assaults of the unknown.
