Urban Art Festival Amsterdam & Day One Festival Belgium join forces to present 3 days of street art and graffiti from Netherlands & Belgium. Three floors full of amazing artwork, special side-events such as the first Street Art Congress Amsterdam, Street Art Market and two club nights make this weekend an unforgettable happening.

BesteBuren (Best Neighbours), ART17 is focusing on street art originating from both regions. From 4 until this art movement. During a period of 3 days, attraction with after partie 2015 is dedicated to BesteBuren.
BesteBuren is about culture in the broadest sense big player in the cultural sector street artists and talent graffiti artists. Amsterdam are the most well in Londen, New York, Mexico showing a selection.
ART17 is a creative exchange of a platform on which a better collaboration between both regions is key. both have 17 provinces (hence ART17). surprising confrontation between history and art, which highlights the artistic past of both regions. This project is the starting point for engagement was done in the past in our art history.
The Netherlands and Belgium host a lot of world famous street artists and talent graffiti artists. ROA from Ghent and The London Police from are the most well-known. They exhibit with their art in galleries and on walls York, Mexico, Hong Kong.
The two curators Urban Art Now (Netherlands) en Street Ar have selected 21 artists en invited them for the ART17 exhibition in a creative exchange of artists in Netherlands and Belgium.
During a period of 3 days OT301 is a hub for street art and graffiti enthusiasts, but also curious art lovers. The exhibition will show the most diverse styles of paintings, sculptures, photography, designer toys and video installations. The crème de la crème and most talented artists from Netherlands and Belgium are showing their art.
A selection of artists: The London Police, Steve Locatelli, TelmoMiel, Nils Westergard, A Squid Called Sebastian, Rutger Termohlen, Toy Factory and Max Zorn. The exhibition is free to visit.
For those want to know more about the status of street art in Netherlands, Belgium and beyond can visit the street art congress. On Saturday 5th September five speakers will talk about art in public space. The speakers are: Anouk Piket from R.U.A., Jarno Gnirrep from Amsterdam Street Art, Bjørn van Poucke from Street Art Belgium, Nicole Blommers from Street Art Europe and independent researcher Floor Basten. What is their vision about art in public space, are there issues they have to deal with, how a community reacts to art in public space, is it being accepted and a showcase of best practices.
