Meeting of Styles Germany continues its mission to add colours to a world dominated by grey and beige! Since back in 1997 annually we connect artists from all over the world to create large murals in the spirit of cooperation and exchange!
Wiesbaden, the hometown of the Meeting, has been a key center for Graffiti culture since the 1990s.
This vast traffic and underpass complex offers thousands of square meters of wall space, accommodating around 100-150 artists. The festival will primarily take place in this area beneath the bridge and in the nearby leisure zone, serving as the main venues for the event.
Djan, William, Biscoito, and Ricardo are four young men living on the outskirts of São Paulo. Their film, PIXADORES, tells their story. Despite facing unemployment or occasional jobs, their hearts beat passionately for Pixação—a unique graffiti movement originating in São Paulo. This movement features monochrome, cryptic tags left on various surfaces, defying conventional graffiti aesthetics. Pixação artists leave their marks on bridges, skyscrapers, balconies, and rooftops, with no regard for safety, risking severe injury or death with every tag. Filmtheater Murnau Stiftung, Murnaustraße 6, Schlachthof Wiesbaden, starts 20.00.
