The Spacejunk Grenoble association is pleased to announce the 9ᵉ edition of the Street Art Fest Grenoble-Alpes, which will take place from May 26 to July 02, 2023. The largest street art festival in Europe returns for more than a full month of creations, exhibitions, visits, meetings, conferences, workshops, unveilings, innovations, screenings, concerts and other activities…

> HISTORY

For 9 years now, this cultural event has been an opportunity to discover different facets of this planetary momentum that the Street Art Fest has helped to highlight and which is now one of the greatest artistic movements of all time. From graffiti to new technologies, this all-public event has a simple intention: to take stock of current street art and raise public awareness of this growing discipline. The Street Art Fest Grenoble-Alpes makes the Metropolis shine around the world thanks to its artistic program and through all of its cultural proposals: monumental frescoes – traditional graffiti – exhibitions – collages – stencils – urban sculptures – installations – photographs – digital street art – street art runs – conferences…

With the creation of frescoes in the public space as its core project, the Street Art Fest Grenoble-Alpes gives birth each year to more than forty works, for which artists are invited to demonstrate their know-how. Several circuits of works to discover or rediscover are set up each year and offer the possibility of meeting the artists during their live creation. Many activities will also be set up around the festival where workshops, conferences, signatures and concerts follow one another to offer young and old alike a (f)estival and friendly moment around the discipline.

> LE FESTIVAL 2023  :

*More than 1 month of festival (from May 26 to July 02, 2023)
* In 9 participating cities: Grenoble, Saint Martin d’Hères, Seyssinet, Meylan, Pont de Claix, Champ-sur-Drac, Fontaine, Vizille and Saint Martin Le Vinoux.
* 35 new creations (all formats) will be added to the 395 existing frescoes
* More than 50 partners (institutional and private)
* 30 participating artists (muralists, graffiti artists, stencils, gluers, etc.)
* 4 exhibitions* as part of the festival in Grenoble and Le Pont de Claix
* 2 evenings with concerts, activities and entertainment.
* Augmented reality course
* 20 dates and 50 slots offered to follow Street Art courses with our mediation team.
* 3 Street Art Runs on Saturday mornings with the festival running team
