Constructo borned in 2014 and this is the third edition of  the International Festival of Urban Art.

It has a mission to spread the art large-scale positive proposals, which serve as the engine to raise awareness, giving rise to reflection and appreciation of art accessible to all, open to the public spaces works.

Their commitment  to the spread of urban art in their country and Latin America  is strengthening each year.
