Catching up with Bulgarian artist Glow who is spending time in the streets of Zagreb lately. His fresh work ‘GROW’ is part of a small festival called ‘Savica Cvjeta‘. Here are the words by the artist that explain more about it:

‘The concept of this work started from the location of the wall. Since I had this huge tree in the middle of composition I decided to communicate with it, rather than just ignoring it.

GROW TREES > GROW LETTERS > GROW DREAMS

‘GROW’ I find a word with lot of meanings, and all I believe very positive. In this composition my aim was to put the growing concept also in the patterns of the piece. I was searching for letters that are progressively growing in the format as well. For the outlines I used clean geometric lines, but decided to stay more natural and flowing with the fill-in. The final result I believe is a nice balance of clean playful typography and nature, in its purest shape.
I had the great pleasure to spent four days working on this wall under the nice shadow of this giant friend.
