Berlin based street artist Johannes Mundinger recenetly went to Kortrijk, Belgium, where he painted a former casino, concert hall and school. The historic old building is now a bookstore, café and event space. Advanving in his style, he eventualy transformed the building into something much more fresh and vibrant. See the fotos…As the artist explains: “It looks quite small because the doors and windows are so big, but once you have people as a reference, it suddenly grows. It´s located on the back of the building, where there will be the outside part of the cafe in summer. From inside you only have some painted window frames here or there that give a hint to the mural outside, waiting to be discovered by the visitors.”
