Italian artist JUPITERFAB made some big walls in Europe and we are excited to share them with you. Based between Europe and Mexico, he has also lived in Toronto, Rotterdam and Barcelona. His work is a connection between Humans and the urban life.
Lately he painted walls in Bulgaria, the UK and Spain in a little European tour, participating in some nice festivals.
In Sofia, Bulgaria, alongside the Urban Creatures Festival, he painted an electrical house (two sides of it) with an observation of the reality of kids nowadays, that prefer playing on their mobile phones rather than going out to play on the streets.
In Barcelona, in collaboration with Foundation Arrels and a local school, JUPITERFAB painted a homeless person and on the sides some students painted some sentences related to the theme that was “you are the key- everybody has the right to have a house”. The interesting part of this piece is the fact that artist added a plastic board in the hands of the homeless where he painted the Foundation logo.
In Manchester the artist continued with his Project #isthismodernsociety. This wall was for the local UK project called “Out house project”. The piece is an intervention regarding the excess of technology that the world is using nowadays and the dangers behind it and for our future.
Great walls JUPITERFAB!!
