Plant collecting at the ville St. Dizier – Virginia creeper, Snowberry, Red clover and Alfalfa. Project made by Mazza in St. Dizier at the invitation of @quai36 . This painting was made from a plant collection made across the canal.

At first I was a little afraid as it was my first plant collecting in mid-autumn, a time when the flowers don’t stand out so much anymore, but that didn’t stop me from finding small beauties along the canal’s floodplain. Many thanks to the @quai36 team who believed in my process allowing and defending the idea of collection. It was an accomplishment for me to participate in a project like this, with great artists that I already admired. Great pleasure to work with such a good team. I want to thank Agathae, Jeanne, Agathe and Milos. Thanks for all your support and professionalism.
