Poetry installation in Bologna (Opiemme) 2016-04-18

A street poetry action for spreading poetry in the streets, for free, and just for the aim of bringing poetry closer to people. No commission or authorsation to make it. A new way of presenting poetry by Opiemme: that poetry scrolls (hanging little pieces of rolled-up paper, that people could take), were first realized in 2003.

“Rotolini di Poesia” – “Poetry Scrolls”
a street poetry action by Opiemme and Gruppo 77

Location: Bologna and some streets of city centre
An occasion as well: spreading the voice of a festival called DIALOGARTI, where artists and poets work together for a 3 days of perfomances and exhibitions.

Poetry scrolls in Bologna was the first step of a collaboration between Opiemme with the Gruppo 77 poets lead by Alessandro Dall’Olio from Bologna
