London based street artist Airborne Mark is back and this time with a series which is not strictly origami but still surely related to his passion for painting paper.
Normally, it takes him hours to design his intricate origami models and sometimes he just wants to go out and paint for fun with not much preparation yet still being able to explore his favourite medium. That is how he ended up with the idea behind scrunched up IG paper notifications. Furthermore, in order to emphasise the simplicity, he painted these works in least expected and raw places…
They are fun and simple. So far they have been very popular in London and people are venturing to find them all.
